Spider-Man: No Way Home – Daredevil scene details as [SPOILERS] reportedly revealed

Spider-Man: No Way Home is already boasting a huge roster of an ensemble but it’s looking increasingly likely that a Daredevil appearance in the threequel would be the cherry on top of this multiverse arc. A new online report is suggesting to have uncovered details regarding a particular scene featuring Charlie Cox, though it may not be in the version some MCU fans are presuming.

After the latest trailer, Spider-Man: No Way Home has so far confirmed appearances of Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin, Jamie Foxx’s Electro, Thomas Hayden Church’s Sandman and Rhys Ifans’ Lizard. Though there are a lot more big reveals at stake, an appearance by Cox’s Daredevil seemed all but confirmed after early reports indicated the star had filmed a scene for the third installment. Now, a new rumor from the online scoop account Daniel RPK. known for breaking production-related information shared the details of how the scene uncovers.

According to the online report, Cox’s role would reportedly be a cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home and rather than appear as Daredevil, Matt Murdock will show himself as the blind lawyer fans have known him for. A breakdown of the scene reveals that Murdock would be present in Peter Parker’s (Tom Holland) apartment with Aunt May and Happy where he says, “He got Peter out of legal trouble”. The further continues where a protestor throws an object at Parker’s window only to have Murdock catch it. As Peter questions him, “How did you do that” and Murdock’s reply cement his position in the MCU,  “I’m a really good lawyer.”

Fans are urged to take this report with a grain of salt as it’s too early to confirm. However, it must be noted that the earlier big leak from film pundit John Campea revealed an image featuring Cox as Matt Murdock in a similar setting. It will be interesting to see how the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen will connect to the ongoing narrative in MCU Phase 4.

Spider-Man: No Way Home will arrive n theaters on December 17th.
