Spider-Man: No Way Home – Its Green Goblin vs. Tom Holland’s Spidey in new leaked teaser

A new look at Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin from Spider-Man: No Way Home has been revealed by Sony at CCXP 2021. At first glance, it seems the iconic Marvel villain has gotten a few tweaks to his classic look from 2002’s Spider-Man directed by Sam Raimi.

Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios are going all out with the marketing for Spider-Man: No Way Home as the Tom Holland starring superhero threequel nears its release. The studio recently unveiled new footage showing a fight between Green Goblin and Spider-Man.

A brief clip shows Norman Osborn throwing one of his famous Pumpkin bombs while fighting Holland’s Spidey. The shot ends in a cliffhanger-style sequence as the friendly neighborhood superhero jumps to catch it. Readers can check it out below.

The main cast of Spider-Man: No Way Home namely Alfred Molina, Dafoe and Jamie Foxx were virtually present at CCXP Worlds 2021 for their respective panel. Holland also joined his co-stars during the presentation to debut the new look.

A rumor from an Insider earlier indicated Green Goblin as the main villain in the upcoming film. Osborn reportedly gets a big presence after being taken over by the Green Goblin persona. It will be interesting to see how his involvement would play out in the multiverse collision.

So far, it’s outright confirmed that the upcoming film will feature a roster of villains namely Electro, Doc Ock Thomas Haden Church’s Sandman and Rhys ifans’s Lizard. The big bads arriving to the MCU are from Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s version of Spider-Man universe. Nevertheless, Sony has kept some surprises for fans to experience in theatres when Spider-Man: No Way Home arrives on December 17. Fans across UK will get to catch it on Dec 15 while Indian audiences get to experience on Dec 16.
