A new commercial for Star Wars: The Last Jedi has premiered during Fox’s coverage of the Game 4 of the World Series. Apart from the same beats that were already seen in the first trailer from Monday Night Football, a closeup shot of Rey venturing towards the Force tree was the new addition. It seems from the video that the Force Tree symbolizes something very important to her Jedi training on the Ahch-To strange world.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi is all set to hit the theaters in December and we will soon be able to see a lot of commercials, footage and pictures showcasing our favorite returning characters.
Since the release date is just round the corner, it is impossible that another full trailer won’t come out between now and the release date in December. However, LucasFilm or Disney is unlikely to reveal any plot or significant turns and events of the film anytime now as they did not release much information on their previous December releases either – The Force Awakens and Rogue One.
Meanwhile, fans are trying to take on anything that is available out there on Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
There were speculations last week that claimed that Rey and Luke will fight to the death in the film. However, there is no official confirmation on this and it remains what it is with all other speculations surrounding Star Wars – just a rumor.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi, directed by Rian Johnson will release on December 15, 2017, and stars Adam Driver as Kylo Ren), Andy Serkis as Snoke, Gwendoline Christie as Captain Phasma, Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron, Dohmnall Gleeson as General Hux, Lupita Nyong’o as Maz Kanata, and Anthony Daniels as C-3PO.
