Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok world premiere, which took place today in Los Angeles was one of the most fun-filled and beautiful event, a treat to all Marvel fans. All the guests and cast and crew looked astounding and impeccable in their outfits and demeanor.
Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi and The Hulk star Mark Ruffalo pleaded for jobs in the most hilarious way while walking the red carpet in LA today. Many other celebrities, including Chris Hemsworth, Cate Blanchett, and Jeff Goldblum joined them in the hilarious moment at the Thor: Ragnarok world premiere.
“As of Friday, I’ve been made redundant by Thor: Ragnarok, I’ve got a family to feed, this is a hand reaching out for help,” Waititi joked, leaving everybody in splits. Ruffalo supported him saying, “There’s always bills to pay.”
Chris Hemsworth then joined in the hilarity to say, “I just need to get a ticket, I can’t get in.”
Though the film will officially release next week across all local cinemas, Thor: Ragnarok world premiere was held today at LA. Hemsworth gave more clues to the atmosphere on the set during the making of the movie. “We had to wrangle Taika during filming, he’s a complete insane human,” Hemsworth stated.
Talking about his experience working with Cate Blanchett, who plays Hela, the Goddess of Death, Hemsworth said, “I was so scared to work with Cate Blanchett, I didn’t want to be let down by the God-like image I have of her and she lived up to it.” Blanchett has all the spotlight as the first female villain in the the sequel and going by the hype, her performance would definitely be a treat for fans.
What made Thor: Ragnarok world premiere more unforgettable and hilarious was the fact that Ruffalo audio streamed a portion of the film from the premiere by accident when he forgot to turn off his Instagram live. Approximately 2500 people were on the stream, listening, commenting, and wondering when the streaming would end. The audio was very clear and one could even hear Ruffalo and the crowd laughing at certain scenes. It was only at 8:15 pm that the streaming stopped. We are not sure if he was asked to stop it or it just got cut on its own.
Thor: Ragnarok’s Australian premiere will take place at Robina on Friday. Check out the video of cast announcement that Marvel Studios posted on their official Facebook page embedded below:
