Tom Holland Gets Pranked During An Avengers: Infinity War Interview

All the Avengers: Infinity War actors are currently busy promoting their upcoming film including Tom Holland. The Spider-Man actor, who thought he was up for another straightforward interview for the upcoming film, Avengers: Infinity War was treated with a hilarious prank by YouTuber Josh Pieters and two of his friends.

During the interview, Conor Maynard and Caspar Lee, two of the Spider-Man actor’s friends, prompted Pieters to ask some ridiculous questions to Holland via an earpiece hidden by a pink bandanna.

Holland, who had no clue about the prank, Stayed serious during the entire interview and responded to all of Pieters’ weird questions even when the YouTuber asked him about his outfit choice, why he was pretending to be British, and even when Pieters declared himself a better actor than Holland. The interviewer also sang some made-up lyrics to the Spider-Man theme.

The 21-year-old actor managed to maintain his composure throughout even when Pieters asked him if he could lick his shoes. When eventually Holland started to realize that something is really weird, his friends Maynard and Lee revealed themselves and they all had a good laugh over the matter. Tom Holland was recently spotted at the Narita International Airport, Japan, on Sunday, April 15. Looking at the actor’s social media posts, it seems he has already started enjoying his time in the country, trying out a cup of matcha tea and having a traditional chado experience. Last week, during an Avengers: Infinity War fan fest event, Holland told HeyUGuys that fans can a expect a lot of changes in Peter Parker in the upcoming film.

A lot. A lot has changed,” the Spiderman actor said. “He is taking on something that is bigger than any of the Avengers could possibly have imagined from the beginning of the MCU so you can imagine he’s a little bit out of his depth but as Peter Parker always does he figures out a way to try.”

Avengers: Infinity War is releasing in theaters next week on April 27th.
