Actor Tom Holland recently took to Twitter to announce wrap up of Spider-Man: Far From Home shooting in Venice. He shared a short video clip in which he thanked the people of Venice, Prague, and London for their love and support. He even revealed that the Spider-Man: Far From Home cast and crew is next heading to New York for shoots. but it seems like it also gave him the opportunity to finish up on Avengers 4 as well.
It seems before heading to New York, Holland made his way to Atlanta, where the Marvel crossover is undergoing reshoots. A fan recently clicked Holland boarding a return flight from Atlanta to New York City, where the next phase of Spider-Man: Far From Home shooting is scheduled to take place.
If the picture in question is indeed true then it suggests that Tom Holland was recently on Avengers 4 set to shoot some scenes as Spider-Man, just before he went back to finish up Far From Home. Well, this also confirms that even after turning into dust in Avengers: Infinity War, the wall-crawler will be back from the dead in Avengers 4.
Notably, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has already confirmed that Spider-Man: Far From Home, which marks the beginning of Marvel Phase 4, will serve as a palette cleanser offering fans’ the first glimpse at the world after the events of Avengers 4.
Spider-Man: Far From Home will see Spider-Man head overseas with his friends as part of a class field trip. Some recent set pictures even offered a close up look at the wall-crawler’s new black stealth suit.
Directed by Jon Watts and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, Spider-Man: Far From Home also stars Zendaya as Michelle, Michael Keaton as the Vulture, and Marisa Tomei as Aunt May. Jake Gyllenhaal will reportedly show up as the illusionist Spider-Man villain Quentin Beck, also known as Mysterio. Marvel hasn’t yet confirmed this casting.
Spider-Man: Far From Home arrives in theatres on July 5, 2019.
