Some of the lucky fans in downtown Atlanta have enjoyed watching their favorite MCU superheroes filming for Avengers: Infinity War. Earlier set photos revealed Tony Stark, Bruce Banner and Doctor Strange teamed up, performing scenes in a set constructed to portray a destroyed site in New York.
Recently, JustJared managed to capture more photos of the actor performing scenes in Atlanta, Ga. During the filming of this sequence, a person on set was spotted wearing the top part of the new Iron Man suit while the rest was motion capture attire. It’s possible that a stunt double is perfuming the scene instead of Robert Downey Jr.
One of the images reveals Iron Man pointing his blasters towards possibly an unnamed character. Mark Ruffalo is also present as Bruce Banner along with Benedict Cumberbatch who can be seen wearing the Doctor Strange costume.
Going by these set photos, it gives fans more assurance that the superheroes are filming an action scene. However, while Tony Stark and Doctor Strange are suited up for battle, Banner still seems to be calm, perhaps, attempting to get a grip on the situation.
Benedict Wong was also filming along with the others on set. It looks like the actor spotted the paparazzi capturing stills of the set in the last photo. Fans can head over to JustJared to check out the images.
Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on May 4th, 2018. But fans can catch Iron Man in action prior in the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming releasing on July 7th. Ruffalo’s Hulk has also made a cameo in Thor: Ragnarok releasing on November 3rd.
