Venom Is Reimagined With Bright Blue Eyes In Fan-Made Post & Its Hilarious

Can you imagine how Marvel’s anti-hero Venom would have looked like if he had eyes? Well, a Twitter user named Matthew Gayos has come up with a hilarious new version of the character with big blue eyes. Gaydos has added bright blue eyeballs to Venom’s big white eyes in two close-up scenes taken from the recently released trailer.

You can take a look at the post below.

The film’s trailer has been subject to a lot of trolling on social media ever since it got released. Netflix’s Twitter account NX also recently poked fun at one of the trailer’s moments where Eddie Brock/Venom (Tom Hardy), who is almost overpowered by the alien symbiote, dramatically says “We are Venom.” The video shows a fake version of the Farmers Insurance logo made with Venom’s animated head in the middle.

You can check out the video clip below.

Inspired from the Lethal Protector and Planet of the Symbiotes comic book storylines, the upcoming film mainly focuses on Eddie Brock who is a journalist who usually follows people who do not want to be followed. While investigating a company called Life Foundation that experiments on humans, Brock comes in contact with an alien symbiote that turns into the eponymous anti-hero. Riz Ahmed’s Riot will serve as the film’s main antagonist.

During an interview with Comicbook.com at the San Diego Comic-Con 2018, director Ruben Fleischer revealed that Venom is approaching an R-rating. He claimed that the Spider-Man arch nemesis is a darker, more violent and the most vicious Marvel character than anyone has ever seen before.

Venom also stars Michelle Williams as Brock’s girlfriend Ann Weying, Riz Ahmed as Carlton Drake, the head of Life Foundation, and Jenny Slate as the lead scientist at Life Foundation.

Woody Harrelson, Sope Aluko, Scott Haze, Reid Scott, and Scott Deckert are also playing key roles in the film. The film’s script has been co-written by Jeff Pinkner (The Dark Tower), Kelly Marcel (Fifty Shades of Grey), and Scott Rosenberg (Jumanji).

The film will debut in theaters on Oct. 5, 2018.
