Watchmen: Casting Call For TV Series’ Pilot Reveals A Scene Set In 1921

HBO’s Watchmen is currently in the hands of The Lost and The Leftovers co-creator Damon Lindelof who is in the process of developing the pilot.  Lindelof made news last week when he posted a lengthy open letter on Instagram which revealed that he has no desire to adapt the original comic but instead the series will get an original new story & characters.

Though his letter was still faced with criticism, it hasn’t stopped the network or Lindelof from going forward with the production of Watchmen pilot. As earlier reported, filming began on Wednesday, 30th May.
