In addition, the brief promo clip also offers the first look at India’s Pavitr Prabhakar (Karan Soni). Sony Pictures released brief footage for the Spider-Verse sequel to hype up anticipation for the full-length trailer dropping on April 4.
From featuring Miles in a neo-noir grim setting to showcasing Gwen (Hailee Steinfeld) in a glitch animation world transitioning with comic strip designs – The 15-second teaser for Spider-Verse is a visual stunner. But Spider-Man stans are more curious about Miles’ encounter with Miguel O’Hara (Oscar Isaac).

One of the best takeaways from the Spider-Verse teaser trailer is the first look at Pavitr Prabhakar’s Spider-Man from India. The character appears to be in Earth-50101’s Mumbattan – one of the five universes explored in the sequel.
Across the Spider-Verse is expected to address Miles and Gwen Stacy/Spider-Gwen’s love story plot as well. It will be interesting to see the larger multiverse theme playing into the lead character’s romantic interest.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is lined up to release on June 6 in theaters.
