There’s a lot of buzz among fans about Wonder Woman 2, the sequel to the 2017’s extremely successful film Wonder Woman which earned more than $800 million at the global box office. The sequel film is expected to go on floors very soon. In fact, according to some rumors, actress Gal Gadot who portrays the character of Diana Prince was even spotted on the sets somewhere in Alexandria, Virginia.
It is reported that Wonder Woman 2 will see the titular female superhero battle with the furious villain Cheetah played by Kristen Wiig.
An excited Twitter user who goes by the name Kushal recently put up a new logo version for Wonder Woman 2 taking cue from the film’s villain. Set against a smoky black background, the fan made ‘W’ logo features the film’s primary antagonist Cheetah’s deadly claw marks. The logo appears to be splattered with blood.

Warner Bros. recently offered some new updates about Wonder Woman 2 at the 2018 Licensing Expo in Las Vegas. The studio showcased some concept art featuring a preview of Gal Gadot’s new look in the upcoming film as well as Kirsten Wiig’s look as Cheetah. As described by the event attendees, Diana’s new costume had the 80s themed headgear and some brand new armor.
Talking more about the film, Wonder Woman 2 will be set during the Cold War. The film will see the Amazonian Princess Diana battle against the Soviet Union in the 1980s. Some of the actors who are confirmed to feature in the film are Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Kristen Wiig as Cheetah, and Pedro Pascal.
There are also reports that claim that Chris Pine might reprise his role of Steve Trevor in the upcoming film. Instagram user Byron Del Pozo shared some pictures and a video that reportedly put Chris Pine on the actual set of Wonder Woman 2.
We will have to wait to get more details about Wonder Woman 2. The film is currently set to debut in theaters on November 1, 2019.
