Gal Gadot’s uber-successful 2017 film Wonder Woman is well making its way to this year’s award shows. Although Wonder Woman came away without an Oscar nomination, it has received three 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards nominations including the nomination for the Best Movie, Best Hero, and Best Fight.
Gadot overwhelmed by the news took to social media to thank the award show organizer MTV for the nominations.
“Thank you MTV for nominating Wonder Woman for Best Movie, Best Hero, and Best Fight!,” the Wonder Woman star noted on Twitter. “We are so grateful for all the love the film continues to receive and so so excited for what we are planning for you guys in WW’s next adventure.”
