Earlier last week, James Mcavoy made a startling revelation that he was getting ready to portray as Prof. Charles Xavier once again in X-Men: Dark Phoenix. The news came as quite shock to fans around the world as 20^th Century Fox hadn’t made any official announcement on the start of the film’s production.

Since then, we also came across an under-construction set photo which looked like the Danger Room. Fans have also spotted cast members from the film in Montreal.

One fan was also able to approach Sophie Turner (plays as Jean Grey) for a picture. The photo can be found below.

Recently, Mcavoy shared another photo from Montreal, Quebec. Unlike the earlier images, it doesn’t seem to be from the set.  But the Split actor wasn’t alone as other X-Men cast were also present

It looks like Mcavoy, Turner, Alexandra Shipp (plays as Storm) and Director and screenplay writer Simon Kinberg were having a fun evening. But their day turned out to be much more exciting as the Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau also joined the cast. Fans can check out the photo below.

In more X-Men news, According to EW, a new character named Alison Blaire a.k.a Dazzler has been confirmed to appear in X-Men: Dark Phoenix. The character was first acknowledged and hinted in a deleted scene from X-Men: Apocalypse.

Turner had also shared the photo from the film earlier in 2016. Fans can check it out below.

X-Men: Dark Phoenix is slated to release in 2018 along with Deadpool 2 and X-Men spin-off New Mutants under the X-Men Cinematic Universe.  It looks like Mcavoy and the other would soon begin filming in Montreal.
