Last week, fans got a glimpse of Zachary Levi donning the Shazam superhero costume in a couple of leaked pictures. Only the back portion of the costume was visible in the picture. Thankfully, now, we have a new set picture that uncovers the front-side of Zachary Levi’s Shazam costume. The picture in question gives best ever looks of the hero’s super suit. It is surely going to hype up fans excitement as they eagerly wait for the filmmakers to take the wraps off the costume.
The picture was posted online on Twitter by a user, who goes by the username, DC Comics United. The picture shows a lightning bolt on the front side of Shazam costume that appears to be glowing. You can check out the picture below.
Director David F. Sandberg had previously mentioned on Reddit that Warner Bros. has decided on a date to release Levi’s official look as Shazam.
He also gave a big hint about the Shazam! costume that it will be similar to the one from Justice League: War. Sandberg also assured fans that he will reveal more details about the costume once it gets officially unveiled. There are rumors which claim that Warner Bros. might take the wraps off Zachary Levi’s Shazam superhero costume at the WonderCon 2018 event, which is scheduled to take place at the end of this month.
It is likely that the filmmakers would start marketing the film from the stage of the upcoming event. The first Aquaman trailer is also rumored to be released at the WonderCon 2018 event.
For fans who are still wondering if they would get to see cameo appearances by other popular DC characters in Shazam!, a couple of recently leaked pictures might give them a reason to smile. The pictures give a glimpse of a built toy shop which has stuffed toys of DC characters like Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Harley Quinn. It is likely that the shop will be the setting for an action sequence.
Shazam! is set to roll out in theaters on April 5, 2019.
