Avengers: Infinity War is quickly inching closer to its official release date. Now that we are just weeks away from the film’s debut, Marvel Studios has ramped up the mega movie’s promotional work on a bigger and grander scale. A picture of new Avengers: Infinity War billboard art has popped up online.
The billboard in question has been put up in Spain. It features almost all the major Marvel Cinematic Universe superheroes including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk and Black Widow. The various MCU characters are all backlit in colors that resemble the six Infinity Stones- the Soul Stone, the Power Stone, the Space Stone, the Mind Stone, the Reality Stone and the Time Stone.
The blue color signifies the Space Stone, the red color is the color of the Reality Stone, yellow is for the Mind Stone, green for the Time Stone and purple for the Power Stone. The only color missing is orange, which depicts the elusive Soul Stone. Notably, as the Soul Stone has not yet appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it’s nowhere to be seen in the film’s promotional posters or banners.
Pursue News came across the picture of another Avengers: Infinity War billboard put up in Time Square that focused on Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch.
Marvel has also rolled out a new set of character posters that depict each superhero in an action stance, and also offers a few costume clues. The posters feature the main Avengers superheroes, the Guardians of the Galaxy stars as well as new additions to the group Black Panther and Spider-Man.
You can check out Chris Evans’ new Captain America bearded look, Tom Holland’s new Iron Spider suit, Scarlett Johansson’s new silver-hair and tactical gear look, Sebastian Stan’s Bucky’s new bionic arm, Chris Hemsworth’s Thor’s eye-patch and Don Cheadle’s new War Machine armor in the posters below.
